About Us:
This Website is different, this business is different. WHY? We are a small family owned business that handmakes most of the body care items listed. We not only make them, but our family members use them personally. When you purchase products from this site, you are helping to support a U.S. small family farm business, with most everything made right here in the USA. Of course we don't make our kitchen items, some of which are made in other countries, but are made by reputable, ethical companies. Many of the ingredients for our handmade items come from farms in distant lands, but the finished product is USA made. Who are we? We are a homeschooling family farming Indiana soil, we also raise natural beef. Besides our body care and kitchen machines, our home business also includes raising English Bulldogs, for pets of course! Please feel free to email for more information. As our website business evolves, we hope to promote more handmade items made by other U.S. families.
We don't test on animals (except we did test our precious pet bar on our own precious pets), our ingredients are so gentle, they hardly need tested. But we have tested on ourselves, our trusting family, and friends. Our body products are ALL NATURAL, unless otherwise noted. Individuals may be allergic even to natural products, with any sign of discomfort, discontinue use. In Pregnant and small children, always research first to inform yourself if any specific herbs are harmful.
Shipping and Handling Policy
WE ship United States Postal Service. We try to ship as cheaply and quickly as possible. You will almost always receive your package priority mail, as it has become affordable. But we don't guarantee it. Your shipping shown on the payment page at Paypal will be your shipping cost. We really don't charge a handling fee, but there may be a time that if your products won't fit in a $8.95 mailer, we may opt to send them Parcel Post and will consider the extra money handling as we will be buying a box and extra effort. Thank you for understanding our shipping policy.
Minimum shipping is $4.60, for orders up to $12.75, $8.95 for orders up to $60.00, then $12.60 flat shipping (unless otherwise noted). Be sure and check shipping when you click proceed to checkout, you will not be charged until you see the total. On Kitchen Equipment shipping is $12.95 parcel post or ups unless otherwise noted.
About Payment
We offer payment thru Paypal at the present. You may also pay for an order by check or money order by mail. We do wait 1 week before sending out orders placed this way as to clear the check. Please email for address and order form. Put in subject line 'order form.' Please put contact info.
About Returns
WE do not accept returns on any body care products, as they may become unsanitary. We will accept returns on other items, postage paid, and with a return confirmation number, item must be new in box condition and ready for resale. There is a 15% restock fee. Please contact us for a return #.
